Madhya Pradesh Police have introduced a complaints’ feature on their website. DGP SK Raut inaugurated the website at Police Training and Research Institute. Mppolice.gov.in, the Madhya Pradesh Police website, will send the complaints to the city SP. The SP will then transfer the complaint to the concerned police station.

The website will also keep you updated on the progress in the case filed by you within a time span of one week. After you submit your complaint, the website will generate a unique number that can be used later to access the update on your complaint.
